V. Interesting, especially the part about the Sports & Leisure facilities which is one of the few areas that I think the Telford planners got spot on (particularly impressing me when I moved into the area). I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks that the Abraham Darby SLC replacement for Madeley Court Centre is worryingly lacking in comparable facilities?
What irony that today’s council think that providing Leisure facilities should involve subsidising identikit restaurants & bars to feed our ever expanding waistlines!
