Demonstration takes place at Tesco, Wrekin Retail Park

On Sunday four demonstrators took to the meat aisles of Tesco supermarket to make their feelings known about alleged welfare failings at Hogwood Farm.

Tesco told the Daily Mirror “We take animal welfare extremely seriously and expect producers to meet recognised standards as well as our own stringent, industry leading requirements.

“Our dedicated agriculture
team, Red Tractor and the Animal and Plant Health Agency visit farms regularly and any claims standards that have not been reached are fully investigated”

Pathetic protest and completely pointless. Three people attention seeking lol! What about the folk wanting to buy their pork and beef without hysterical autistic screeching.

What is your incentive other than being applauded by your goons for dressing like a fucking moron and shouting about pigs.

If you want to be taken seriously why don’t you dress like you mean it and actively seek to protest at the slaughterhouse where your problem lies.

10/10 for the pink docs. Fifty something second midlife.

The Animal Liberation Front is a militant group that wants to force everyone to stop eating meat. Nothing to do with welfare standards, everything to do with trying to force their choices on everyone else. They’re on the FBI domestic terrorist list.

The person in the pink boots was the subject of one of the funniest videos by anti-Brexit campaigners where he fake screamed and cried in the street. I believe he lives in St George’s.

There are really strong arguments for the economic, ethical and health benefits of a vegan diet . Look them up.
Seems for whatever reason the majority don’t yet want to hear them and want to abuse the people campaigning for aspects of this. I think it’s a movement that will only get bigger and the world will be better for it.
