“INVITATION TO A PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT REGARDING THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE FORMER CLIFTON CINEMA SITE
We are the planning agents, working on behalf of MCO Marylebone (Three) Ltd., who have heads of terms agreed with Dunelm, the owners of the Clifton Cinema Site and adjacent former Dunelm Store, Bridge Road, Wellington.
MCO Marylebone (Three) Ltd. have been in discussions with the Council’s planning department regarding the redevelopment of the site, to provide 8,388ft2 of retail floorspace and 52 new residential units. Conservation of the iconic Clifton Cinema façade has lead the design approach in preparing a scheme that we believe would greatly enhance the setting, economy and local housing capacity within Wellington Town Centre.
We would like to invite you to an exhibition of our proposals and to hear your views on the scheme before we submit an application. The exhibition will be held within the former Dunelm Store – entrance via Bridge Road- on Friday the 13th of October, between 10am to 4pm, and Saturday the 14th of October, between 10am and 2pm. We hope you will be able to attend.
In attendance will be the developer, ourselves as the planning consultant, the architect and the highways consultant who will hopefully be able to answer any queries you have regarding the proposed scheme.
