1st Class & 2nd Class PostIs there really a difference in the speed it gets the letter to the recipient? If I send a bill or a cheque to someone from Wellington to Dawley with a 2nd Class Stamp, will the PO hold it back artificially?I reckon if send all my work mail by second class, I'll have enough for a case of finest red by Christmas and all the incentive I need!
