After washing up the dinner dishes last night, the missus thought it would be a good idea to boil some eggs for butties today. So, about 7:00pm 2 eggs were put in a pan to boil and we both retired upstairs (our lounge is on the first floor, so not what you are thinking) to cabbage in front of the tv. If any of you were watching Eastenders last night and remember when Nick turned off the oven (about 8:15), well that was when I remembered that the eggs were boiling. Well, I say boiling, they stopped doing that when the pan had boiled dry so were starting to burn. Oops.At least I got to them before they exploded
