Coping for Exhausted Parents

(6 week course – 2.5hrs per week)
Having a sense of self-control is the aim of this course, to support anxious parents and to help you understand how to manage the stress when balancing home life with children and understanding about coping techniques to stay calm and in control.
The sessions will allow you to practice new techniques and skills in a controlled and supportive environment.

This course is part of a National Pilot Project which requires registration and evaluation information to be collected at the start and end of the course.
