Food and Moods Course – A free 4 week short course
May 2, 2017 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
This course will help people learn about the food you eat and how this can improve mood, stress and anxiety and maintain self-control. The course includes learning some basic cooking skills and preparing meals – so there’s a fun practial element too!
Learners will also understand how to budget your food shopping and about nutrition in foods to improve poor sleep and anxiety.
Our courses are FREE to anyone (including those who are employed) 19 years and over. You will be taking part in a National Community Learning Research Project in the UK to help promote wellbeing in your community.
