Free Tai Chi workshop for stress management

This FREE introductory workshop is led by Telford based Faye Yip, one of the world’s leading Tai Chi and Qigong Masters with a renowned family history stretching back over a century in this field. It is suitable for all ages and all levels of physical abilities, and will look at the way we walk, stand and move and how to use simple yet effective exercises to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
The NHS, Care Providers, Schools and even the Military are benefiting from this ancient Chinese exercise regime to help reduce stress and improve overall health. GP’s and Hospitals are increasingly recommending Tai Chi and Qigong (Chi Kung) to patients suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Arthritis, Diabetes and those recovering from strokes and heart attacks amongst many other conditions.
