Learn how to save a Life Free Practical Workshop

January 26, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Telford & Wrekin Training Services will be delivering a free practical drop in session on behalf of the Royal Life Saving Society UK which teaches you the techniques which could ‘Save a Life’.

If you are a parent, guardian, grandparent, childminder or anyone with a responsibility of young children they why not call in to our free session to learn some basic skills that may help you ‘Save a Life’ in the unlikely event, a life is threatened.

Trained instructors will be on hand to cover basic life saving techniques and provide advice on what to do when a baby, child or adult stops breathing, or how best to deal with a choking or drowning situation. Using life-like baby, child and adult manikins, people will learn how to perform basic CPR and first aid as they would in a real life situation.

Can you really afford not to attend to learn something that could ‘Save a Life’?

Our free drop in session will be taking place at Southwater Library, TF3 4JG on Thursday 26th January 2017 from 10am-4pm. To find out more please contact Steve Carter at steve.carter@telford.gov.uk or call 01952 380161.
