Managing Stress – Improve Self-esteem (5 week course)

This free couse explores how to overcome the emotional hurdles you may face to move forward with your life and starting something new. This course will help build confidence and self-esteem if people feel held back or need a helping hand. It will support people to find ways of taking those first steps and learn new techniques.
The course will include the following topics:
• Communication skills
• Body language
The sessions will allow you to practice new techniques and skills in a controlled and supportive environment.
Session run on Tuesdays from 6pm to 9pm at Meeting Point House in the town centre. The course starts on 6th June and run through to 11th July 2017.
The course is free to everyone, even those who are employed.
This course is part of a national research project which does require the completion of a series of questionnaires. It is free to everyone even those who are employed.
