Managing Stress with Positive Vibes – 5 week course

Life changes can be unexpected and the aim of this course is designed to help people self-manage stress and anxieties caused by changes in life, for example, redundancy, divorce, bereavement, illness, etc…
This 5-week course will explore strategies to think positive, build self-esteem, confidence and be more assertive about life.
The sessions will allow people to practice new techniques and skills in a controlled and supportive environment.
Sessions run on Mondays at the Glebe Centre in Wellington, from 9.30 to 12.30 starting on 12th June through to 10th July 2017.
Our courses are FREE to anyone (even if you are employed) 19 years and over. You will be taking part in a National Community Learning Research Project in the UK to help promote wellbeing in your community which requires you to complete a series of questionnaires.
