Managing Stress with Positive Vibes – 5 week course

5 week course – 3hrs per week
Life changes can be unexpected and the aim of this course is designed to help you self-manage your stress and anxieties caused by changes in your life, for example, redundancy, divorce, bereavement, illness, etc… You will explore strategies to think positive, build self-esteem, confidence and be more assertive about life.
The sessions will allow you to practice new techniques and skills in a controlled and supportive environment.
This course is part of a national reserach project and you will be required to agree to complete a number of questionnaires throughout the course. The course is full funded as part of the research so is free to everyone that meets the eligiblity criteria for the research.
