Reading for Wellbeing – 5 week course

A new free 5 week short course at Wellington Library
Do you want to take some time out to explore new places and ideas through reading?
Join with other people to improve your wellbeing in a small friendly group and be inspired by uplifting short stories and poems.
All materials are provided and the group is suitable for everyone no matter how much reading you do, or don’t do at home!
Thursday 26 May – Thursday 23 June (5 weeks)
6pm – 8pm
This course is being run as part of a national pilot to find out whether Adult Learning courses can have a positive effect on people’s wellbeing. As part of the enrolment, there is a survey and questionnaire that requires completing. A Course Mentor will attend the enrolment session to help with the enrolment and to answer any questions
