Self-Publishing Guidance by the Wrekin Writers

If you are thinking of getting some of your work published then, like millions of others, you should consider self-publishing. The Wrekin Writers group have the experience to help you. This workshop will provide an overview of the self-publishing process from manuscript preparation through to selling the finished article.

This session will be run by a number of group members who have extensive experience of the whole self-publishing arena. The areas covered will include: the advantages of self-publishing, what you will physically need, eBooks, print on demand, what route to choose, how to format, cover design, the sales blurb, categories and keywords, ISBN numbers, some important legal facts, and common mistakes and how to avoid them. Of course, there will also be a chance for you to ask more specific questions about self-publishing.

We would be pleased to welcome anyone to this session with an interest in self-publishing. Children are always welcome if accompanied by an adult.
