Asda Asda Website
There are two Asda Stores in Telford
Telford Town Centre store was the first Asda in Telford. Part of Telford Shopping Centre, access is from the car park behind the filling station. One of the downsides of this Asda is that you have to pay for parking at any time apart from Late Night Thursdays and Sundays. There is no discounted or free parking for shoppers. One of the best features about Asda is the cheap cafe.
Facilities include:
- Large Car Park (charges apply)
- Cafe
- Filling Station
- Bakery
- Large Salad Bar
- Clothing
- Pharmacy nearby but not in store
- Chirpy greeters!
Donnington Wood Asda sits on its own with a large, free car park. The cafe seems to be better run than the Town Centre one and is a similar size.
Facilities include:
- Large Car Park (Free)
- Cafe
- Filling Station
- Bakery
- Travel Agent
- Clothing
- Chirpier greeters!
Morrisons Morrisons Website
Just off Spring Hill in Wellington, Morrisons was build on the site of the Old Smithfield Cattle Market, the pub bearing the name 'The Smithfield' lies opposite the huge free car park and filling station, and display boards inside show some old photos of the cattle market in operation.
The store is a little tired these days, but seems to offer a great deal of BOGOF offers and the beers, wines and spirits section is a personal favourite! The fuel station offers a loyalty points system and £5 vouchers.
Facilities include:
- Large Free Car Park
- Cafe
- Filling Station
- Bakery
- Large Salad Bar
- Pharmacy
- In Store HSBC Bank
