James Gerard Boyle gets an OBE for services to
Taxpayers and Government Modernisation. Mr Boyle is Head of Infrastructure Architecture, Telford HM Revenue and Customs.
Marion Wynn from Newport gets an OBE for services to Girlguiding in the UK and Abroad.
