If anyone has seen Allen Stokes, 48 (known to many as Tiny), please call 101.
Lots of people are worried about him. He is from Newport but has been seen around Wellington and Shawbirch earlier today.

He’s been found safe and well
A person with the cap badge, a newspaper cutting relating to the French Foreign Legion and the Gulf War and a Foreign Legion cap was camping on Local Authority land in Aberystwyth last week. I did not see the individual but it seems highly likely that he was Allen Stokes. The County Council was informed. I don’t know what action they took. The tent and surroundings are now flooded.
