Armed Police, dogs and ambulances descended on King Street this evening around 10:15pm.
It is understood from an eye witness that the operation is now winding down and vehicles are leaving the scene.

Such a shame! Used to be so nice here yet now riddled in drugs and violence! This is happening at the house at the end and it’s not known why. Someone has been taken by a ambulance. There’s been so much that’s gone on on this street that not hit this page…. be greatful you don’t live here… time to move I think.

Used to be a nice area… This sort of thing happens tho when the only place you can find a policmen is hiding in a layby or countrylane trying to spot and fine drivers rather than patrolling the streets. All day chavs razzing up and down dawley on motorbikes and not a copper in sight… To busy checking for untaxed parked cars..
