A mountain to climb for Danny

A mountain to climb for Danny

If you have ever been up the Wrekin, you’ll know that heartbreaking moment when you think you’ve reached the top, but then the real summit reveals itself.

Spare a thought, and maybe a couple of quid for Danny who is right now, attempting 24 climbs in 24 hours.

He started at 11am this morning and is due to finish at 11am on Sunday, ‘provided nothing falls off’ says Jon, his mate who is with him this evening. It’s the equivalent in height of over 30,000ft, higher than Mount Everest.

He’s doing this in memory of Sam Webster and raising money for the Severn Hospice.

One is more than enough for me! It was shrouded in clouds earlier, it must have been awful.
