Shifnal man charged with possession of a firearm

A man has been charged with possession of a firearm and other offences following an incident in Shifnal on Wednesday morning (7 May).

Marley Watson, of Park Street in Shifnal, is also charged with theft, possess with intent to supply class A drugs, assault, sharing a photograph or film of a person in intimate state without consent and intentional strangulation.

The 20-year-old is remanded in custody and will appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on the 9 June.
