What on earth does this say?

This is the proposed signage for a new bar at Southwater in Telford, but it’s not abundantly clear exactly what it says.

The planning application has gone in for signage at the first unit as you leave the shopping centre heading in towards Southwater. It used to be an estate agent but the new leaseholders have plans to turn it into a bar.

If you haven’t figured it out yet (and I had to use AI to confirm what I thought it might be) it’s Le Trappe. Le Trappe could refer to La Trappe Trappist beers brewed in the Netherlands, but just a bit more manly.
