£2.6 million chilled storage warehouse delivered by McPhillips

Award winning regional construction firm McPhillips (Wellington) Ltd has delivered a new £2.6m chilled storage warehouse and office development for Telford-based Dale Brothers.

McPhillips was principal contractor on the complex project which was handed over to the temperature-controlled food distribution specialists within the 37-week time frame and within budget.

Alongside the 65m x 20m temperature-controlled facility with roller shutter doors providing loading and unloading access, the project comprised a high quality two storey office space with two kitchens, meeting rooms and cloakroom facilities.

They delivered this complex build, which included specialist elements such as cold storage panels, dock levellers, and state-of-the-art M&E installations, exactly on schedule over the 37-week programme. Even more impressively, they achieved this while staying within our original budget.
