Rush hour chaos on the A442

It was chaos yesterday afternoon on the A442/Queensway/EP that runs through Telford following a crash that happened just after 4pm.

Ambulances, Fire Engines and the Police made their way through the stationary traffic to reach the four cars that were involved in the collision that too place between Stirchley and Randlay.

It didn’t take long for the queues to start building and another collision to occur on the opposite carriageway from the original crash.

Fire and rescue crews freed one person from a vehicle.

It’s the second crash in week on one of the busiest roads in the town.
