Wellington Midsummer Fayre on Saturday

If you wanted to see people dressed up in 18th Century attire parading around the streets of Wellington, then tomorrow is your lucky day.

The annual Midsummer Fayre is a full day of fun for all the family comprising music, forty stalls, puppet show, circus skills and cake.  It all takes place in Wellington between All Saints Church and the town from 10am.

The first recorded fayre was in 1773, and the 2025 version is supported by  Wellington Town Council, main business sponsor Pave Aways Construction and supporting sponsors Rowton Brewery and Anthony’s of Wellington.
