Off-road bikers ‘at risk’ say Police

It looks like a still from a 70’s American TV series, but the teenage male pictured on the red off road bike was riding on the recreation field in Stirchley before he made off from officers.

Another 13 year old male who was seen riding the bike has been issued a section 59 warning.

Children riding these vehicles are unqualified and uninsured, riding in public spaces they are putting themselves and others at serious risk.

The Dawley and Malinslee Safer Neighbourhood Team have also received reports of individuals riding illegal bikes in Horsehay, pictured below.
