200 Giveaways readied for new store opening

A new shop offering a variety of affordable goods is set to open its doors in Telford Centre next week.

Situated near Claire’s Accessories, MINISO is known for its playful finds and diverse product range, and will welcome its first customers on Friday, August 8, at 12pm.

Shoppers in Telford can expect a lively atmosphere on opening day. The first 200 customers who spend £5 or more will receive a goody bag valued at £25. The store’s mascot, Penpen, will be on hand for meet and greet opportunities between 12pm and 4pm, while a drummer performance is scheduled from 12pm to 2:30pm.

MINISO will feature an array of products, including blind boxes, plush toys, beauty essentials, and snacks. Exclusive collections, such as Hello Kitty & Friends, Harry Potter, Disney, and Stitch, will also be available. The brand aims to bring a “playful shopping experience” to the town, with its tagline “life is for fun.”
