Review: Nicola Lowery went to the newest Pilates & Yoga Studio in Telford – here’s the verdict

A new Pilates & Yoga Studio, Reform & Revive has opened its doors in Stafford Park 4,  Telford, and I went along to check it out.

I attended my very first Reformer Pilates class with our wonderful trainer Yasmin and was absolutely blown away. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how stunning and thoughtfully designed the space was.

If you’ve never tried it, Reformer Pilates uses a special machine with a sliding carriage and spring-based resistance. It builds strength and improves flexibility, and the new studio has inspiring affirmations placed on each machine. It created a positive, calming energy before the class even began.

What set this class apart for me was the powerful blend of physical challenge and mindful intention. It wasn’t just a workout; it was a full mind-body experience. The focus on mindfulness and setting an intention made such a deep impact.

As someone who regularly trains with a strength-based focus, this felt like the perfect complement. I walked out feeling completely revived, restored, and more in tune with my body than I have in a long time.

They’ve done such amazing work with the space and credit where credit is due. I’ve never tried reformer Pilates before but it’s brilliant for all abilities.

This studio is a welcome addition to the town, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Reform and Revive are in Unit E1b, Stafford Park 4, Telford TF3 3BA
