Virgin Media TV problems across Telford
Subscribers to Virgin Media TV services are facing picture pixelation this evening.
The problem does not appear to be restricted to this area, as many of Virgins 3.2m subscribers are having the same problems.
Customers are also reporting difficulties logging into their accounts to report the problem or check the status.
Virgin have said “we’re aware of an issue affecting TV at the moment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and we’ll aim to resolve as soon as possible.”
