Another new store for Telford Shopping Centre

Telford Shopping Centre welcomes another new store which should be open by the weekend.

A new independent shop, Yellow by Keep it Local, is set to open its doors in Telford Shopping Centre this week. The store, which champions local makers and artists, will be a permanent new addition to the shopping centre.

The company has a history of successful pop-up shops and creative department stores in other locations. It aims to support small businesses by providing a space for them to sell their products. The new store will feature a variety of items from local businesses, ranging from art and homeware to food and beauty products.

A spokesperson for the store told Telford Live “The Telford Store will include 43 creative small businesses of which 85% of these businesses are from the Midlands. 

“Products include local artwork, handmade jewellery, candles and home fragrance. Handmade soaps, handmade children’s clothing and ceramics. “

The opening is part of a plan to expand into new areas. The founders have said they are excited to bring their concept to the area and give local creators a new platform.
