Sam Ryder to play intimate Wellington gig

Pop star Sam Ryder will perform a special in-store show at Spinning Around Records on New Street in Wellington.

The singer, who came second in Eurovision with ‘Space Man’, made the announcement ahead of the release of his new album Heartland on 17 October.

Ryder is doing a short run of “in-store and out-store shows” to support the album launch.

Tickets and album bundles for the event go on sale this Wednesday at 9am.

The record shop is one of a handful of intimate venues on the star’s schedule.
