Witnesses sought after dumper truck crash
A dumper truck stolen from a Ketley Bank building site was rammed into a house multiple times this afternoon.
The incident, being investigated as a deliberate act, left a family awaiting temporary rehousing while structural engineers assess the damage.
Officers were called to a construction site on Main Road at around 12.42pm after two men were seen breaking in and leaving in a dumper truck.
Just five minutes later, another call was made reporting that a dumper truck was in collision with a house on Mullinder Drive.

Three adults and a dog were inside the property when the vehicle struck it. A witness reported that the truck was rammed into the home three times. The family were uninjured but the front door and surrounding brickwork were badly damaged.
The driver, described as a white man in his 40s who was dressed in black with a snood and a flat cap, fled the scene on foot.
Telford CID are appealing for witnesses and anyone with doorbell camera or dashcam footage of either incident.
