Man injured in morning crash

A man was injured in a crash this morning in Muxton near the junction of Marsh Brook Way and School Road.

An eye witness told Telford Live they saw “…a person was lying in the road with the police and ambulance service in attendance. The person was moving his arms whilst being treated . A grey VW ID 5…and a red Mazda.”

West Midlands Ambulance Service said “We were called at 7.31am to a road traffic collision on Marshbrook Way, Muxton in Telford. One ambulance attended the scene.

“Upon arrival we found a man who was the driver of a car. He was assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.

“He received treatment from ambulance staff at the scene and was conveyed to Princess Royal Hospital for further assessment.”
