Sam Ryder wows Wellington

The former Eurovision runner-up and social media sensation, Sam Ryder, is no stranger to the limelight, having cut a path through the music world with his powerful vocals and positive energy.

After gigging across the globe, the spotlight last night belonged to the intimate setting of a record shop in Wellington. 

The star is undertaking a series of smaller gigs to promote his brand new album, ‘Heartland’. Spinning Around Records was one of the handful of shops chosen for a special performance and signing event. 

Fans who pre-ordered the album had the chance to see the star up close. Luke Eggerton was one of the attendees lucky enough to enjoy the evening.

Luke said: “One amazing time seeing and meeting the amazing Sam Ryder tonight in Wellington. What a great guy he is!”

Sam made sure to stick around after his performance to chat with fans, pose for photos, and sign copies of his latest record.
