Telford MP invites residents to meet him in Oakengates tomorrow

Shaun Davies, member of parliament for Telford, is hosting his latest coffee morning tomorrow, Friday 31st of October.

Residents are invited to meet Shaun in person, offering a chance to share important concerns or ideas for their town directly with their MP. (Check who your MP is here).

Shaun will be at The Wakes in Oakengates from 10 am to 12 pm, where he will be joined by a range of local organisations, ready to provide tailored support alongside Telford’s MP. Partners include Telford Mind, West Mercia Police, The Wrekin Housing Group, Telford and Wrekin Council, Citizens Advice and many others.  

This event is part of Telford MP’s resident event series which include in-person and online surgeries, supermarket drop-in events, “MP in Your Street” visits – and coffee mornings and afternoons. All of these sessions are designed to give residents the opportunity to share their views, ideas, concerns and to connect with their MP.

Shaun commented “I’m looking forward to meeting with as many residents as possible in Oakengates tomorrow to help in any way I can. I’ll be joined by some brilliant local partners who’ll be on hand to offer advice and support on the things that matter most to you, from finance and housing to health and more. Meeting residents in person is vital to the work I do, standing up for Telford and sharing your voices. So, whether you want to raise an issue or just pop in to say hello, come along for a coffee and a chat.”
