Three arrested at Lightmoor after Wellington incident

Police were called to Cranage Crescent in Wellington at around 5.30pm yesterday (23rd December) following reports of a public order offence.

When officers arrived at the scene, those involved had already left the area. They were later located by police outside a property on Ellens Bank in Lightmoor.

A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of assault, possession of drugs and public order.

A 21-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon.
