Trapped in Nandos

Firefighters were called out to Southwater in Telford on Friday night after a diner became trapped in the toilets at Nando’s.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received the urgent call for help at 21:31, just a short distance from Telford Central fire station.

One fire appliance was mobilised to the scene to assist. On arrival, crews discovered a person stuck behind a toilet door and unable to get out.

The crew used small gear to release the individual.
