Emergency crews attend M54 three vehicle crash

Emergency services were called out yesterday evening (7th January) following a collision on the M54 involving three vehicles.

The incident occurred on the eastbound stretch between Preston and Cluddley near Shrewsbury at around 5.14pm.

Three fire appliances from Shrewsbury were sent to the scene alongside an operations officer and the police.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that no people were trapped in the vehicles. No action was required by the fire crews and a stop message was received at 5.39pm.
