Historic rally cars to visit Weston Park

Classic rally cars will return to the grounds of Weston Park near Telford this spring for a new festival.

The Lombard Rally brings its historic festival to the estate on March 7th and 8th 2026.

Visitors can watch a selection of cars being demonstrated on a specially constructed tarmac rally stage.

Organisers say the event follows success in other parts of the UK and will feature hero rally drivers from the past. Interviews with the drivers and other attractions are planned for the two days.

A static classic and sports car show will also take place on the Sunday.

Access to the site is via the A5 Watling Street from Junction 12 of the M6.

Booking is available for Saturday or Sunday only, or for the full weekend.

Gates open at 11.00am on Saturday with cars running until a break at 5.30pm.

Those who book for the evening can join the drivers to hear rally stories.

Sunday action starts from 10.00am and finishes around 5.30pm.

Catering facilities at the park will be open and portaloos will be provided.

Visitors are asked to take away their rubbish and keep the estate tidy.

Dogs are welcome but must stay on leads, and children must be closely supervised.

Under 14s enter for free and adult tickets start from £15.

Hi, can you let me know who is organising this event please. I want to get in touch with regard to any extra outside catering opportunities for it.
