MP calls for better 5G coverage across Telford.

Mobile 5G coverage in Telford is currently not good enough, with residents and businesses in several areas continuing to experience poor signal and unreliable connectivity, says Shaun Davies, MP for Telford.

Shaun will be meeting with the Telecoms Minister, Baroness Lloyd of Effra CBE, next week to raise these concerns directly and to push for better 5G coverage and improved mobile infrastructure across Telford.

Ahead of the meeting, Shaun said: “Too many people in Telford are struggling with poor mobile signal and patchy 5G coverage. I’ve heard directly from residents and businesses about the impact this is having, and I’ll be taking those concerns to the Telecoms Minister next week to push for the improvements our area needs.”

Residents and businesses who have experienced problems with mobile signal or 5G coverage where they live or work in Telford are being encouraged to share their experiences with Telford’s MP. This information will help ensure the strongest possible case is made for investment and action.

Anyone affected is invited to submit details using the MP’s online feedback form. All responses will directly support the campaign to secure better mobile connectivity across the town.
