Stirchley drug arrests: Three in custody
Three people have been arrested in Telford following a successful day of action, which saw two warrants executed.
Two people were arrested yesterday morning (Thursday 15 January) by Telford’s Safer Neighbourhood Teams at an address on Sanderville Close in Stirchley following a warrant.
A man, aged 49, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply drugs and a woman, aged 38, was arrested on suspicion of theft from a store.
A third man, aged 56, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply drugs following a second warrant at an address on Castlecroft in Stirchley.
Officers discovered a quantity of class A, and class B drugs while searching both properties. Two bladed weapons were also found and seized by officers.

All three people remain in custody as enquiries continue to be carried out.
PC Ash Doignie said: “Today we have successfully carried out two drugs warrants, which has resulted in drugs being taken off the streets of Telford and three people being taken into custody.
“We hope today’s warrant sends a strong message that we will continue to act on intelligence given to us as drugs have no place in our communities.”
