Telford Teen Announced as Finalist for Miss Shropshire 2025
Taylor-May, a vibrant and talented young woman from Telford, has been named as a finalist for Miss Shropshire 2025. Representing the town she has grown up in and deeply cherishes, Taylor-May will take to the stage on Sunday, 6th July at The Buttermarket in Shrewsbury.
A passionate performer and dedicated student, Taylor-May currently studies Performing Arts at Thomas Telford School’s Sixth Form. Her creative energy doesn’t stop there, as she hones her vocal talents at TACT and works as an entertainer at the well-known Casey’s Cordingley Hall, bringing joy and energy to local audiences.
Outside of performing, Taylor-May is a proud supporter of the Telford Tigers, her local ice hockey team. Whether it’s cheering them on rinkside or exploring the town’s attractions, she fully embraces all that Telford has to offer. “Telford has shaped who I am,” she says. “To represent my hometown in Miss Shropshire is an honour.”
