Snakes and spiders set for Telford high street
A planning application has been received by Telford and Wrekin Council to change the use of a shop in Wellington centre to allow for the sale of reptiles.
The shop in Bell Street was formerly a Bath Bomb store but it’s all change if the planners allow. You can expect exotic spiders and snakes to feature in the store which is likely to open in August following work on the property to decorate and install vivarium’s.
There are few shops in the county dealing with exotic species and none currently operating in Telford.
The planning application is available on the council planning portal, ref: TA/2025/0883
