Teenager missing after trip to Telford

Police are appealing for help to find a teenager who went missing after a trip to Telford town centre. Elizabeth, 16, was last seen on the afternoon of Friday 15 August.

She had travelled to Telford from Shrewsbury and was seen leaving the X10 bus. Elizabeth walked around the town centre for about 30 minutes before heading towards the train station.

Just before 3.15pm, she was seen speaking to three males near the McDonald’s entrance, possibly asking for directions. She was then seen walking off towards the station.

Officers believe she may have boarded a train to Birmingham, Gloucester, or London. Her family are concerned for her wellbeing.

Elizabeth is described as around 4ft11 to 5ft tall and has black and pink dyed hair. When she was last seen she was wearing a black dress, a grey denim jacket, and brown and white Jordan trainers. She was also carrying a rucksack with a metal water bottle in the side pocket.
