Standing outside my little salon holding this award feels surreal 

5 and a half years ago, I opened Purrfect Paws Grooming with a very clear vision:

I didn’t want to just groom cats and rabbits.
I wanted to create a safe, gentle space.
A place where all characters, nervous, sensitive, older, shy, feisty and very special little souls could come and be cared for, understood and listened to.
No rushing. No pressure. No overwhelm.
Always at their pace. Every animal deserves my full attention, time and understanding.

Over the years, I’ve continued to study, train, and update my handling techniques, always striving to be better for the animals I care for.
I only use high quality, professional, natural products throughout all my grooms.

Every single cat and rabbit who comes through my door is treated as if they’re my own.
I learn who they are.
I listen to their boundaries.
I celebrate their tiny wins.
I comfort them when they’re unsure.
I put my whole heart into every single appointment.

To have that recognised with this award… I can’t express how much it means.
It feels like every late night, every worry, every lesson, every moment of growth, was worth it. 

But most of all, thank you!

Thank you to every person who has trusted me with their fur babies.
Thank you for supporting me, recommending me, checking in, sending updates and cheering me on.
Thank you to the cats and rabbits who have taught me more than any course ever could. I am so very grateful.

And for it now to be recognised nationally… I am honestly so proud.
