Woodside man charged following thefts

A man has been charged with a number of offences following thefts in Telford.

Jonathan Beatty-Thomas, aged 36, of Willowfield in Telford, was charged with four counts of theft, two counts of assault and a public order offence.

The charges relate to an incident in Wellington town centre on Sunday (9 November) and an incident in Telford town centre on Wednesday (12 November).

Beatty-Thomas has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Telford Magistrates Court yesterday (Friday 14 November).
