Vehicle rolls over on M54 near Telford

Emergency services were called to the M54 between junctions three and four near Telford on Thursday night after a car rolled over.

The incident happened at around 9.15pm.
Three fire appliances including a rescue tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An operations officer was also in attendance.

West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police were also at the scene of the single vehicle collision.

All occupants of the vehicle had managed to get themselves out of the car before the fire crews arrived.

Firefighters used small gear to make the vehicle electrically safe once it was back on four wheels. This followed work by the highways team to right the vehicle.

A stop message was received by Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service at 9.39pm.
