Local artists gallery opportunity at Forge Retail Park Costa

A popular Telford coffee shop is looking to turn its walls into a local art gallery.

Nayf, the manager of the Costa Coffee at Forge Retail Park, wants to showcase talent from across the borough. The shop is located between the new Cotswold Company outlet and Furniture Village.

The initiative is designed to support both the local creative community and charity. Artists can display and sell their work in the store with no upfront fee.

Under the new scheme, 90% of every sale goes directly to the artist. The remaining 10% will be donated to the Costa Foundation, which works to improve the life chances of children in coffee-growing communities.

Nayf is hoping to get the project started as early as next month. He is particularly looking for paintings to kick off the launch.

If you are a local artist interested in the opportunity, you are encouraged to drop into the store and speak with Nayf directly.
