Telford Live Promotional Partnership: Terms & Conditions (April 2026)

1. The 100k View Guarantee

• Telford Live guarantees a minimum of 100,000 combined views across all partner-specific content (monthly posts and features) over a 12-month period.
• If this threshold is not met, the partner will receive a subsequent 12 months of the Partnership Package at no additional cost.
• If this threshold is met quickly, we’ll still work hard to get you even more views.
• Views are calculated based on organic reach and impressions across Facebook, Instagram, and the Telford Live website.

2. Category Exclusivity & Payment

• Partnerships are strictly limited to 20 businesses with only one business per sector allowed (e.g., one plumber, one estate agent).
• Exclusivity is contingent upon the account remaining in good standing. If a payment is missed (monthly) or not renewed (annually), the category slot is immediately released to the waiting list.

3. Content Production & Deadlines

• Partners are entitled to one bespoke social media post per month and two deep-dive feature stories or videos per year.
• To maintain the speed of news, partners must provide all requested assets (images, quotes, logos) within 48 hours of a request.
• Telford Live reserves the right to edit copy to ensure it fits the “voice” of the platform.

4. Editorial Independence & The News

• Telford Live operates as a trusted, independent news source under IPSO standards.
• A commercial partnership does not prevent Telford Live from publishing news items regarding a partner business.
• In the event of a news story involving a partner, Telford Live will prioritize that partner as a point of contact for a “Right of Reply,” subject to news deadlines.

5. Community Engagement

• Telford Live will not remove or delete legal comments under partner posts.
• We reserve the right to refuse to work with businesses that do not serve the Telford, Shifnal, Newport, or Albrighton area or whose content does not align with our audience.
