Read moreShropshire Fire and Rescue Service received the call at 5.57pm on Thursday, mobilising three fire appliances to the scene which is right beside the new Lidl store which opened just before Christmas.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a small fire within a bedroom. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet and a covering jet to extinguish the flames.

Lilleshall Parish Council set up the library in 2021, and it was opened by the High Sheriff of Shropshire. The mural was painted by Rick Shaw Designs and a local carpenter made the shelves.
