The new LED displays, which are intended to enhance civic pride, will be officially switched on by Mayor, Councillor Reg Snell, on Saturday, November 29.
The investment is the first major renewal and enhancement of the festive lights in over a decade. Crucially, it has allowed for the scheme to expand into new areas.
